Local Feature Performer Atlas Royale
One of the greatest joys of KBF is helping elevate emerging talent. After a standout year of growth, performance, and artistic development, Atlas Royale has been selected as our Local Featured Performer for 2026 Kootenay Burlesque Festival.
Atlas Royale is a commanding presence in the local burlesque scene, known for a bold, gender-bending style that blends charm, confidence, heat, and humor. Fresh off their first full year of performing, Atlas appeared in approximately 10 shows throughout 2025, contributing to seven original numbers, including three group pieces and four solo acts, while honing their skills as a choreographer and performer. Their standout performance at the 2025 Kootenay Burlesque Festival was a smashing success and led to their image being featured in festival promotion highlighting support for emerging local artists. Now more experienced, more confident, Atlas returns with a refined stage presence that proves they're no longer just a rising star, but one to watch.
Bold, charismatic, and constantly evolving, Atlas Royale is proving that the future of burlesque is bright.
Feature performer Patsy Blue Ribbon
Every year, KBF's Rising Star Program celebrates artists who stand out from an incredibly talented applicant pool. This year, we're thrilled to recognize Patsy Blue Ribbon as one of our 2026 Featured Performers. With years of experience both on and off the stage, Patsy brings a wealth of talent, creativity, and burlesque expertise to this year's festival.
Setting the stage ablaze since 2010, Patsy Blue Ribbon got started at the New Orleans School of Burlesque before moving to Indianapolis and joining the Rocket Doll Revue. Patsy is a performer, producer, instructor for the Circle City School of Burlesque, honorary Mayor of Tit City, curator for the Titty 500: Indianapolis Burlesque Festival, and the cheapest date in town!

Feature Performer Neoma Day Echo
Some performers capture your attention. Others leave a lasting impression. Some do both. Selected as one of KBF's 2026 Featured Performers, Neoma Day Echo stood out among an exceptional pool of applicants with their captivating artistry and magnetic stage presence. We're thrilled to welcome this Moon Enchantress to the KBF stage.
They are an acclaimed national title holder and a proud Co-Founder of an all Queer collective called Villainous Vices from Columbus, Ohio. She has adorned several audiences across the U.S. and beyond for 9 years. She’s got a heart of gold but a lustful hunger as vast as the ocean.
